The Chamber of Judicial Officers of the Czech Republic undertakes to make its website www.ekcr.cz accessible in accordance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications and on amendments to Act No. 365/2000 Coll., on public administration information systems and on amendments to certain other acts, as amended.

Non-Accessible Content and Alternative Solutions

The content listed below is not accessible:

 

a) Non-compliance with the above-mentioned Act

  • Visual presentation of text and text in image form does not meet the minimum contrast ratio requirement (Criterion 1.4.3 – Minimum Contrast).
  • Some alternative text attributes have null values or are empty (Criterion 1.1.1 – Non-text Content).
  • Some headings or labels do not correspond to their intended purpose or topic (Criterion 2.4.6 – Headings and Labels).
  • Some content functions cannot be operated via keyboard interface (Criterion 2.1.1 – Keyboard Accessibility).

b) Disproportionate burden

 

Non-accessible features – responsive web design

Available alternative solution: content zoom in/out functionality is provided by all commonly used web browsers, including accessibility features for visually impaired users.

Work is underway to address the above issues.

 

Expected date of remediation: 31 December 2026.
