Fraudulent SMS - warning

We would like to draw your attention to fraudulent activities related to the sending of SMS (e.g. from +420 730 587 797, +420 705 716 681) in which unknown perpetrators "warn of an unpaid debt of CZK 7,300" (or other amount). The SMS urges people to visit https://exekuceinfo.eu/, https://exekuceinfo.shop/ or https://exekuceinfo1.eu/ etc.

We ask everyone not to visit this website and, in particular, not to download any files from this website and not to disclose any personal data.

Where can I check if there is an enforcement procuder against me? 

The only official register is the Central Register of Enforcment procedures maintained by the Chamber: www.ceecr.cz. 

It is a single and authentic source. You can find other websites offering the data on the web, but they only resell data obtained from Central Register and therefore we cannot guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. Also, some of them resell the data at higher prices than those set by the Ministry's decree.
